2021 Devils Tower

Devils Tower, WY is simply amazing! We stayed right outside the gate to the Devils Tower National Monument.  The tower was the view from our windows! Devils Tower is haunting yet beautiful.

We did the 2.8 hike around the base of the tower. As we hiked around, we were just amazed at this natural wonder. Pictures just don’t do it justice.  After our hike we took a ride to explore the surrounding area and found an old general store. Unfortunately, it was Sunday, and it wasn’t open. 

We also went to Sundance.  This town is named after the Sun Dance ceremony practiced by several American Indian tribes.  Sundance Kid took his nickname from this town as it was the only town he was incarcerated.
